After confirmation of feasibility, the sales department will issue a "New Product Development Order" to the product and technology department. The corresponding project engineer of the product and technology department will design according to customer needs, draw drawings and conduct internal review.

2. The drawings after internal review are submitted to the customer for confirmation, and a contract is signed and a deposit is paid. The customer confirms that the drawings are frozen, and the mold design is carried out according to this drawing. The mold design is completed and the mold is opened after review.

3. In the mold making project, the production process and corresponding fixture design are carried out and reviewed.

4. After the mold is manufactured, the mold is tested and the sample is reviewed internally. After the review is passed, the sample is submitted to the customer for confirmation.

5. After the customer confirms the sample, the order production begins. The production time starts from the time after the first sample confirmation.

6. The product delivery period generally does not exceed 30 days.
